Appointments are 30 minutes in duration Please show up on time - no more that 10 minutes before your appointment time and no later than 10 minutes after your appointment time, patients arriving later than 10 minutes after their appointment time will not be seen Patients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes of appointment Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee and this must be paid prior to another appointment Please contact d9physiotherapy@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule appointments Repeated missed appointments may result in discharge First appointment must be paid in advance through the payment link on the website

Physiotherapy assessment and treatment involve physical examination, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and clinical discussion. Patients will be informed of the risks, benefits, and alternatives to treatment and may withdraw consent at any time.

At D9 Physiotherapy it is our policy to treat all of our patients with respect and courtesy. We expect the same in return to all of our staff members.   Any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff will result in the patient being asked to leave the practice.

During your initial appointment, your physiotherapist will take a detailed history to better understand your condition. We will ask questions about when and how your symptoms began, where you are experiencing pain or discomfort, and what activities or movements aggravate or relieve your symptoms. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to identify the root cause of the problem and develop an effective treatment plan tailored to you. We will then carry out a physical assessment of the affected area(s), which may include evaluating your movement, strength, flexibility, posture, and functional activities. Once we have completed the assessment, we will discuss: Your diagnosis and likely cause of symptoms Recommended treatment options and techniques Expected recovery timeline Advice and exercises you can do at home to support your recovery and help manage your symptoms Our goal is to help you understand your condition and work with you to achieve the best possible outcome.
